Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• PCD MoveInReady Inc. provides residential cleaning services including move-in/move-out, pre-listing, bathroom sanitization, floor care, and surface cleaning.
• Services are rendered at the time and address agreed upon during booking.
• The customer is responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled date.
• If entry is not possible and the service cannot be rendered, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

PCD MoveInReady Inc. stands behind the quality of its services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, including offering a re-clean if necessary.

Refunds will only be considered in situations where a re-clean is not possible or agreed upon.

Service Limitations

Our services are strictly limited to cleaning and light sanitation. We do not provide repairs, heavy lifting, or any form of construction or hazardous material handling. PCD MoveInReady Inc. reserves the right to decline any service outside the defined scope.

Insurance & Liability

PCD MoveInReady Inc. is fully insured for liability. While we take great care in delivering our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before cleaning. Clients are advised to secure valuables and sensitive materials.
